Turkey Day

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!! Well, Here it is major holiday number two. Do you remember the ridiculous Halloween Hats I told about last month??? This month we had plastic pilgrim Hats with buckles and every thing... Grin. I honestly don't have too much to report although I do want to mention a congratulations to the Sexy Idahoan. He ran a Turkey Day Ten K... He he he that rhymes... Anyway He ran Ten kilometers (which is like almost seven miles) and came in first... I'm sure the Mexican probably ran in one as well but he hasn't sent me any news in a while...(HINT,HINT) I think we should all give RFG a stern talking to for trying to give himself a hernia in the Gym recently... Bad RFG! Back at camp duke we have started doing PT together... Oh joy! (dripping in Sarcasm) so now not only do I run by myself and go to the gym I get to wake up early and run in the cold, with five others... The sixth is usually doing head count. The Food wasn't all that great tonight although you wouldn't of been able to tell... There was a line clear out the door for the solid three hours we did twice what we normally do for dinner... Apparently everyone feels they should eat dinner on Turkey Day... So I started watching Nip/Tuck today. Man, that show is just gross... I think anyone who is considering plastic surgery should sit down and watch a few episodes and see if they still want to alter themselves that badly... So Christmas is rapidly approaching... I have decided to give my self a vacation for Christmas (It's gonna have to wait a few months, but its my gift to me) I haven't decided if I'm going to Europe or on a cruise yet... Honestly I want to don't want to do either by myself, The Mexican and I are Hoping to get R&R at the same time so we can bum around Europe... Otherwise I have no idea what I'll do. Well A Happy Turkey Day to all and to all a good night.

Random fact of the day... Thanksgiving became a national holiday in the United States in 1863, and has been observed on the fourth Tuesday in November ever since, with the turkey as a centerpiece of the festivities.

Hi Adam! We love your blogs - have now read all that I can find. It's a good thing we are having roast beef instead of turkey or I would be spending the day in the kitchen instead of on your blogs. Please remember to give us the most recent snail mail address or you won't have any surprises next month. We love you.
